d7b2077ed8 - code refactoring 
- made more and more easily extensible:
   * commands automatically loaded from plugins dlls
   * declarative and automatic command parameter parsing
   * common code moved to base classes
- other fixes

82b5e2eb8b * refactor the code to make it more OOP and extensible

* make it use some .NET 2.0 features as generic collections and settings
