Michael Martin	af70a910fb	[USBHUB_NEW] - Start work on reimplementing UsbHub driver. - Implement SubmitRequestToRootHub, QueryStatusChangeEndpoint, QueryInterface, GetPortStatusAndChange, SetPortFeature and ClearPortFeature.Handle QueryBusRelations. - Partially implement PNP handling for FDO.
