Our shell32's wine/shpolicy.c file, synced with Wine code (and which is currently in master still up to date with Wine!), contains outdated or incomplete definitions that date back from Windows 98/2000. Update the restrictions with those from shell32 v6.0 of Windows Server 2003 SP2.
