Makefile.am: this hasn't been updated in a while
security.c: WIN32 -> _WIN32 to keep the ROS-diff consistent with the rest
win32config.h/libxslt.h: remove unnecessary ROS-diff
xsltwin32config.h: this was missed in the 1.1.34 sync
xsltexports.h: mark a ROS-diff as such

[CMAKE] Use modules instead of shared libraries
...
There is no need to compile our DLLs as shared libraries since we are
managing symbols exports and imports through spec files.
On my system, this reduces the configure-time by a factor of two.
