[MOUNTMGR] Fix bugs in MountMgrQueryDosVolumePath

Browse source 
- Do not access uninitialized SymlinkInformation on failure case
  and just return
- Do not make an assumption that MOUNTMGR_TARGET_NAME has a zero-string
