[NTOS] In KeWaitFor*Object(s) assert that the current IRQL is SYNCH_LEVEL. not DISPATCH_LEVEL, since acquiring the dispatcher lock raises to SYNCH_LEVEL, which is != DISPATCH_LEVEL on x64 and SMP builds.
