Win 32 API header compatibility update
Files that should now compile with Win 32 API headers: * sysinfo.c * time.c * work.c * zone.c If you suddenly discover that something no longer works due to a missing struct member, it's probably because I've renamed it to match the Win 32 API headers. svn path=/trunk/; revision=5151
