[TRANSLATION] Improving italian translation (#623)

Browse source 
- Improved Italian translation for USETUP, WELCOME, REACTOS, EXPLORER.
- Completed translation in SYSSETUP.
- Correct some characters encoding and text alignment in USETUP.
