[WINESYNC] d3dx9_36: Implement ID3DXFontImpl_DrawText.
Changes by Sebastian Lackner <sebastian@fds-team.de>: * Use pitch value for locked buffer instead of assuming that pitch = width * bytesperpixel * Avoid one for loop to simplify code * Ensure that DrawText doesn't dereference a NULL pointer when count != 0.
