[FREELDR]
- Add underscore to names of trap handlers and add C prototypes (will be needed later) - Move multiboot code to seperate file multiboot.S, not compiled atm, the code wasn't in use anyway - Remove EnableA20 dummy svn path=/trunk/; revision=52253
