[NTOS]: Implement MiRemoveAnyPage and MiRemovePageByColor, but only using the list heads, and not the color list heads. Unused.
[NTOS]: Fixup unused MiInsertPageInFreeList variables ot match the other functions (ColorTable vs ColorHead). svn path=/trunk/; revision=47149
