Sync to Wine-20040615:
Robert Reif <reif@earthlink.net> - Added tracing to all functions. - Added error explanations. - Changed debug channel from msacm to wavemap so not confused with msacm. - Handle case where partial structure update requested. - Minor white space cleanup. - Returns proper error code when trying to get caps when no devices present. - Fixed a bug where wrong a return value was returned when mapping is not possible. svn path=/trunk/; revision=9685
