- Add new KAPC_ENVIRONMENT mode: InsertApcEnvironment.
- Fixup KeInitalizeApc like all the other functions. - Don't use an expensive 48-byte RtlZeroMemory instead of just clearing two members. svn path=/trunk/; revision=24056
