Use Wine debug channel infrastructure. I modified it a bit to match our debug message format
To test it, set DEBUGCHANNEL environment variable to what you want to see, and run your program. Syntax: set DEBUGCHANNEL = [[fixme|err|warn|trace]+|-{channel}|all]* svn path=/trunk/; revision=30438
