[AFD, FORMATTING]

- get rid of unused OskitDumpBuffer
- make the code in AFD better conform to ROS coding guidelines
- fix some MSVC compilation errors (still not fully compiling with MSVC yet)
[IP]
- Add a sanity check in the TCPAcceptEventHandler
