- Add back PHYSICAL_ADDRESS workarround for IDmaChannel::PhysicalAddress

- Only define guids for gcc
- Add missing PURE interface function definitions
- Silence debug spam
- Initialize ResourceList members
- Fix calculation when allocating new resources entries
- Fix building of portcls with msvc
