- Implement CM_Get_Depth[_Ex] and CM_Get_DevNode_Status[_Ex].

- Add dummy code for CM_Get_Child_Ex, CM_Get_Parent_Ex and CM_Get_Sibling_Ex. WIDL doesn't support this yet.
