[NTGDI][FREETYPE] Font cache: Use hash (#4901)

- Modify FONT_CACHE_ENTRY structure to use hash.
- Use hash in ftGdiGlyphCacheGet and ftGdiGlyphCacheSet functions.
- Reduce function call overheads by using FONT_CACHE_ENTRY, in getting glyph.
