- Implement CM_Disable_DevNode[_Ex], CM_Enable_DevNode[_Ex], CM_Reenumerate_DevNode[_Ex] and CM_Run_Detection[_Ex].

- Implement StringTableAddStringEx and StringTableLookUpStringEx.
