[MSCTFIME] Refactor on IMC/IMCC locking

- Rename _IMCCLock as IMCCLOCK.
- Rename InternalIMCCLock as IMCCLock.
- Rename _IMCLock as IMCLOCK.
- Add get() pointer accessor of IMCCLock and IMCLOCK.
- Protect the pointer of IMCCLOCK and IMCLOCK.
