[NTDEF] Add PROCESSOR_NUMBER
[NTDDK] Define only CONTEXT, not PCONTEXT, it is already defined by wdm.h, add missing #endif, move OSVERSIONINFO*, CONFIGURATION_TYPE, CONFIGURATION_INFORMATION,PIO_QUERY_DEVICE_ROUTINE, DRIVER_REINITIALIZE and PHYSICAL_MEMORY_RANGE from winddk, add RTL_SPLAY_LINKS svn path=/branches/header-work/; revision=46071
