- comment out an ASSERT in IoSkipCurrentIrpStackLocation, because our kernel is broken
- Add a header to wdm.h - add _NTLSA_IFS defines - add NTAPI to SeLockSubjectContext - add back CONST in ProbeForRead svn path=/branches/header-work/; revision=45973
