[SC] print.c: Minor code improvements. (#324)
- Plus: Update license header. - Re-use PrintServiceStatus(), as SERVICE_STATUS_PROCESS is in fact an extension of SERVICE_STATUS. - Use the "SERVICE_*" defines, not magic numbers.
