[WIN32K] Fix NtGdiMaskBlt to handle patterns correctly, use SRCAND, which is more optimized, instead of DSTERASE, and set fore and background colors correctly to not destroy alpha channel.

[SHELL32] Use MaskBlt to draw the shortcut overlay
Finally fixes bug 5455. Forever. (I hope.)
