- Move rangelist stubs.

- Move sscanf() stub.
- Implement _bsearch(), _lfind(), _ui64toa() and _ui64tow().
- Export iswdigit(), iswlower(), iswxdigit() and _vsnwsprintf().
- Replace Win32 types by corresponding native types.
