[ROSTESTS] Add a new test for "gethostname" in ws2_32_apitest. (#1630)
ROSTESTS-326 Make the test more robust; clean up on failures. Co-authored-by: Hermès Bélusca-Maïto <hermes.belusca-maito@reactos.org>
